Disclaimer & Disclosures

The short version: SGT Fleet is an independent product that works alongside tools you already pay for, its published numbers come from specific tests with stated limits, and the software is offered as is during its evaluation release. The disclosures below name the open-source software SGT Fleet is built on and ships with, and reproduce the licence notices that software requires.

Third-party names and logos

Anthropic, Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. OpenAI, GPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI. DeepSeek and Ollama are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear on this site only to identify the tools SGT Fleet works with. SGT Fleet and DreamSleepAI, Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.

What you need to bring

  • SGT Fleet does not include, resell or provide access to any AI model. You need your own Claude Code or Codex subscription for orchestration, and your own model access (for example an Ollama account or a locally run model) for the specialist workers.
  • Those subscriptions and their usage are billed by their providers, separately from anything you pay SGT Fleet.
  • SGT Fleet cannot replace frontier models and does not operate without them.

Benchmarks and claims

  • The visual-quality comparison on this site comes from one historical study: five ratings of fixed renders scored blind by the same judge, comparing a trained SGT Fleet arm with stock sub-agents. It measures visual quality only, not speed, cost or correctness, and it is not five independent builds.
  • Usage-reduction figures mentioned in the commercial and elsewhere are design targets informed by pilot measurements. They are not guarantees. Your savings depend entirely on your workload, your models and how you delegate.
  • Pricing is not a measured saving. Buying SGT Fleet does not by itself reduce what you pay your model providers.
  • Results vary between runs. A benchmark on one scene, one date and one model version does not predict another.

Renders and examples

The 3D scenes in the gallery were produced by SGT Fleet specialists under human orchestration, with repair rounds where the first attempt fell short. They show what the workflow can produce, not what every run will produce.

Software status

  • The current package is an evaluation release candidate. The Windows build is unsigned, so Windows may warn before it runs.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamSleepAI, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.
  • Features, packaging and pricing may change during the evaluation period.

Pricing and plans

  • The SGT Fleet software is free to use. The paid tiers cover hosted access to the skills and OOP query service: $5 per month for one person and $10 per seat per month for organisations.
  • Free education access is offered to enrolled students and teaching staff; verification of eligibility is not yet automated, and no payment is collected for that tier.
  • Paid checkout is not yet open on this deployment. When it is, payments are handled by Stripe; SGT Fleet never sees or stores card numbers.

Your data

Onboarding details you submit are stored so we can set up your access and contact you about it. They are not sold. Private company identifiers such as tax IDs and billing addresses are not published on this site.

Part 2 · Disclosures

Open-source foundation

SGT Fleet was developed on an early version of the open-source Hermes Agent framework by Nous Research (version 0.17, released under the MIT License). The fleet's specialist profiles, skills, OOP role packages, gap-closers, gates and guard are SGT's own work built on that base. The Hermes copyright and permission notice is kept with every copy of Hermes code that SGT distributes, as the MIT License requires; the current Windows evaluation package does not include the Hermes framework itself. Nous Research is not affiliated with SGT Fleet or DreamSleepAI, Inc. and does not endorse this product. The notice, reproduced in full:

Third-party software shipped in the package

The Windows evaluation package bundles a Python runtime and a small number of open-source libraries so that no separate installation is needed. Each one's licence text ships inside the package, in its licenses folder or in the library's own distribution metadata, as those licences require:

  • Python (Python Software Foundation License)
  • PyInstaller bootloader and runtime (GPL with the bootloader exception that permits bundling closed or differently licensed applications)
  • psutil (BSD 3-Clause License)
  • PyYAML (MIT License)
  • pyreadline3 (BSD License)

The package does not include any AI model, any provider SDK licensed to SGT, or the Hermes Agent framework. Claude Code, Codex and Ollama are installed by you under their own terms.
